OFFICE SESSIONS:   Nancy Donenfeld answers her own telephone ensuring confidentiality and direct accesability. She will answer your personal questions before making an appointment. Each session is a full 60 minute hour, rather than the 45-50 minute sessions usually called "hour" sessions. If a client lives in NYC or is visiting the New York area, a face to face session, at least during a first or single session is often welcome though not necessary. Session recordings are made at no additional charge and are described below.

TELEPHONE AND INTERACTIVE LIVE INTERNET SESSIONS:   Telephone, Skype or other VOIP sessions are often chosen by clients who live one block away or 10,000 miles away. These sessions are typically as effective as office sessions and, for many, they are the most effective, logical, convenient and practical choice. V/MC/AMEX are accepted and a personal recording is made for the client. Each session can be recorded directly onto your IPod or IPhone or recorded as an mp3 or .wav file and emailed. The session may also be recorded onto a cassette tape and sent by FedEx or USPS mail. This recording can then be used for reinforcement if desired and is included at no additional charge.
